Dispute unfair billing practice and billing error since -/-/- been in dispute since back and forth with Citi Bank Sears Billing @ billing about credit never added back to account after numerous attempts to solve these issues. Credit that was given back for the months of -/-/-, Through -/-/- and -/-/- through now -/-/- has not been added to our account.proof of credit that was apply was put back in purchase for those months which explain our over payment to Sears Credit Card ( Citi Bank ) who refuse to investigate the unfair billing error and refuse to fix the problem and refund our over payment to - -
