I have been requesting verification of the following account that TransUnion continues to report on my credit file : I contacted the Bankruptcy court and was made aware they do not verify any Bankruptcy cases. I have provided evidence that the cases do not belong to me as my son has my name also. I demand that this public record Bankruptcy is removed due to lack of verification and inaccurate reporting of verification date! I have repeatedly requested tangible documentation whether electronically or hard copies and TransUnion has yet to verify. All they send is Verified on my report but do n't list any names or address on how this is verified and then state they will not dispute this anymore. I demand that this unverified account : Bankruptcy is PERMANENTLY DELETED FROM MY CREDIT FILE
