Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Montana

On -/-/-, I pulled a copy of my credit report from TransUnion. There was an account for - contained therein. On -/-/-, I wrote to TransUnion disputing said alleged account and asked for validation. TransUnion failed to respond to said dispute within the 30 day time frame. On -/-/-, I again wrote to TransUnion requesting them to immediately delete said item since they did not respond to my -/-/- letter in a timely manner. To date, -/-/-, the alleged account has never been validated nor has TransUnion marked my credit report as being " disputed '' ; although, TransUnion continues to report said item.
