I have several creditors who pulled my credit report without my permission. TransUnion wants me to approach the creditors and get permission to remove the hard inquiries. There are even some companies that have ran multiple inquiries.Transunion is also asking for a personal statement to remove the hard inquiry. There is no process to remove fraudulent hard inquiry on credit report on their website or by phone call. Spoke with customer service and supervisor at TransUnion, they will not provide evidence that the creditor pulled my credit report legitimately or had permission. This is double standard. They are asking me to do the legwork of contacting creditor and getting a letter but they will not do the investigation themselves nor provide evidence that the creditor pulled my credit report legitimately. I need help with removing the hard inquiries on my credit report with TransUnion. I do not feel that I should have to contact creditor, get a letter, do the investigation and waste my time when I did n't authorize it in the first place. THE FCRA STATES THAT ANY DATA ON YOUR CREDIT FILE THAT IS NOT VERIFIABLE IS NOT FACT AND SHOULD E DELETED ASAP Thanking You
