M&T Bank Corporation Mortgage department,

I have a Mortgage with M & T Bank.Last month I wrote my bills, including the mortgage, on - -. My payment would not be late until - -, three weeks after I sent my payment. I watched my account to be sure that they all cleared. I have never been late with my payment. I called the bank, and they told my that payments go to a payment center. Then she wanted me to make a payment by phone. I told her I could not afford to make a double payment. She tried to push me into electronic payments. I told her no. She said we would wait a few more days. The check finally cleared on the - of -. I am pretty sure that they held my payment back on purpose. I absolutely do not want this. I want my paper statements.
