Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Nevada

Tried ton purchase a car at local dealership and was told they could n't get any report from agencies, no number is being reported. I called Transunion and they said it is reporting. I have tried to get home equity loan and was told the same thing. Transunion says no reason for that so why ca n't anyone access a credit number. - had told me all my credit was old, which is true but what should that have to do with my credit history. Transunion has told me there are no negative items on my report. I have a charge account with - which has been active since -/-/2003 and - said it was n't reporting properly because my birth date needed to be updated? This account according to them is reporting as no status. It 's the only active account I have had for several years and it is not reporting properly. - says it 's - fault but - has told me that have updated to credit agencies. I ca n't get credit even though my credit has always been very ggod. THIS IS NOT FAIR. credit reporting agencies are prohibiting me from getting credit by not providing any credit history while at the same time saying they are. I do n't know where the disconnect is but it needs to be resolved I need your help
