Allied Collection Services, Inc. (Nevada) Debt Collection Complaint

Medical Disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt

Allied Collection Services, Inc. (Nevada) Debt collection department,

Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Arizona

Allied Collection Services received a certified letter in the mail asking for validation of debt. In response Allied Collection Services sent a statement without validating or providing enough information for myself to validate and verify the information. I have no idea what this bill is for, I do n't recognize this bill, I do n't have enough information provided. Per HIPAA I have the right to the breakdown of fees including any collection cost and medical charges. I am supposed to be provided with a copy of my signature with the provider of services that is allowing them to release medical information to Allied. I have not received anything outside of the attached statement.
