I sent transunion a dispute with copies of verification of items being removed and re-inserted on the same day, on -/-/2017. Today I called them and told them I have not received anything from them and asked for status as it has been over 30 days. I spoke with -. When I disputed back in -, which -, confirmed over the phone, I did n't receive a written status update or update credit report from Transunion. So today I asked them to remove the accounts I disputed on -/-/2017 because they have not responded in the time allotted by law and was told that it was previously ( - - returned from the creditor as " verified '' I have charged off accounts showing balances and reporting charged of monthly which should not have a balance " - '' and should not report as an open account and tansunion does not want to delete this false information. I 'm frustrated because ive been reading the laws and I 'm disputing based on the laws but transunion is not complying.
