Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Pennsylvania

I received a call from a third party collection agency with no verification at all. The representative for the company proceeded releasing my personal information which is a violation of the FDCP with no verification. I then filed a law suit, and the collection account remains on my credit report as a charge off with no balance. The company made the mistake of not following the rules. I am filing this complaint because it was a mistake with the call and therefore the account should be completely removed from credit report. Why is this still on my credit report when It has been charged off for several months. I am requesting the removal of the Kay Jewlers account off of my credit report as I did my part to get the account closed by means necessary. I do n't believe I should be held accountable for violations committed against me.
