Applied for - Citibank Citigold accounts with promo code - ( AA - bonus miles ). Confirmed with multiple reps that I was targeted and eligible and would receive a total of - bonus miles. Finished all the requirements and was told that they can not honor because I was not targeted. After initial complaint, Citi deposited - AA bonus miles for the first account ( ending in - ), but still missing another - from the other account ( ending in - ). Dispute has been unresolved for over 6 months.
