Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Louisiana

Insurance company paid the contractual amount. They later sent them a statement telling them the amount was paid and that I owed a - balance. I have a copy of this letter ( sent by - - ) complete with the electronic transfer amount, numbers, etc. Now I am being hounded by debt collectors.
