Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Arizona

I am a victim of true name identity theft and I periodically check my credit bureau reports for activity and to dispute items on my reports. I have had issues with Transunion in obtaining my credit reports and each time I try to access my reports online, I get an error stating that " Unfortunately, your request can not be fulfilled online at this time, based upon the data provided. '' Its the same information that I have provided time after time and I continue to get the same error and when I call the number they want me to send this laundry list of items to get my report. Additionally, when I am able to get my report, Transunion does not complete a full investigation and continuously labels my disputes as verified and when i contact the information providers they state that they never received any dispute information. In one situation, I disputed an old bankruptcy and it came back verified and would not be removed yet when I contacted the clerk of the court, they had no record of anyone contacting their office from any credit reporting agency. My social security information on my petition was redacted and when I brought this to the clerk of the courts attention, I was told that they do not give information to any third party including personal information. I believe they are obtaining information unlawfully as well.
