Macy 's credit card charged me a late fee for no reason at all. I used Macy 's credit card to purchase some merchandise. I paid the balance in the previous cycle. During this current cycle, I returned merchandise and received refunded. Macy 's insisted that I have to pay the full amount of previous balance in light of - of dollars of refunds. it charged me $27.00 late fee for - balance.
