Incorrect information on credit report Personal information Nevada

There 's several names that are fraudulent on my account that I 've never used and I 've asked them to be removed with no resolve. I have even sent in a letter that displays a copy of my driver 's license that was notarized and it still has not been removed! I am tired of this incorrect data being reported.
