I LIVE IN - AND FILED BANKCARUPSY ON -/-/1998, ONE OF THE CREDIT CARDS INCLUDED IN THE BANKRUPSY WAS WITH BANCO POPULAR OF PUERTO RICO. THE BANK WILL NOT E-TEND ME ANY TYPE OF CREDIT BECAUSE INTERNALLY THEY STILL HAVE THAT CREDIT CARD AS BAD DEBT EVEN IT WAS INCLUDED IN THE FILING. BANCO POPULAR PENALIZES YOU PERMANENTLY EVEN WHEN MY CREDIT RIGHT NOW IS COMPLETELY REHABILITATED.
