On - I purchased a window from - 's using my Macy 's American Express credit card. My window was damaged soon after install. I wanted to use my - credit cards Purchase Protection. I contacted Macy 's whom said the card is an Premier Classic - card but only has travel protection. All - Premier cards have Purchase Protection.


I was lied to. This is not an - card, and does not have the - Protections. I would be open to a class action lawsuit against these companies for deceptive practices and the money I am out of pocket for using their card rather than a Visa - which does have the protections no matter the issuer. I am not happy about being deceived into a worthless bank card with an - logo affixed to its front. I am not happy with Macy 's for saying its an " Macy 's American Express '' credit card. This site shows the advertised premier - card from Macy 's with list of protections : - Protections listed include " PURCHASE PROTECTION '' as this a CO-BRANDED credit card. Macy 's is lying, as is DSNB, about its cards and protections. Thank you, -
