Citibank Credit card department,
Macy 's DSNB has deleted a payment history on all credit bureaus, even though there would have been one as far back as -/-/-. They state that the first delinquency was -/-/-, whereas the drop off date for removal with all pertinent credit reporting agencies would be -/-/-. The account was discharged from a Chapter - bankruptcy petition. However, there are ten ( 10 ) years of payment history deleted from the credit bureau, and I make a claim that I was at least 30 days late several times before the inserted -/-/-. Accordingly, I believe that I am well within the 7-year rule timeline for the removal of obsolete information and the account should be deleted immediately and permanently. DELETE THIS CREDIT ITEM!!!
