- placed me in collections for many years for service I never received. Servic was initially requested then canceled the following day. - techs never came to my house to provide the service since I had cancelled it. I was charged. I called multiple times to inquire on the fee in a statement. I was assured it has been taken care of and to ignore any future statements. Months later after follow calls, I was sent to collections. Few months ago I decided to pay since it was hurting me for so long. I now reach out to the bureau after learning about my rights. Please advise.
