This company Credit Management LP has accessed my Consumer Credit Report without lawful Authority. I contacted them via facsimile transmission on -/-/-. They have not responded. I asked him to send me any documentation that they have that gave my consent for them to pull my credit report and violate my constitutionally-protected right to privacy. They have not sent any documentation showing that I have given them consent or that I have any kind of previous relationship business relationship with them. In fact, they have not responded at all. I am invoking the office of the CFPB to take any measures necessary to make them correct the violation before I file suit. If they respond with anything relating to accessing my credit report as being a soft " pull '' that will be unacceptable. An identity theft affidavit and police report will be filed.
