Incorrect information on credit report Account status New York

I am submitting this dispute about transunion credit reporting agency. I have been disputing a few things on my credit report and they just keep updating the information I am disputing. This is completely incorrect. My first complaint is a - account that is reporting with a - balance but showing charged off to a bad debt. This is wrong. The balance is - however the remarks " charged off to a bad debt is wrong ''. I contacted transunion quiet a few times to dispute this and the rep told me that the furnisher did not respond within the 30-45 days they had. I explained by the fcra laws then it is to be deleted. I was assured it would be deleted. However it 's still reporting and was never deleted. My second complaint is - acct # - is listing - seperate loans. I NEVER had a loan with them in the amount of $860.00. This amount has been combined with my - loan I had with them. I contacted the better business berauou in regards to this and received a response that the bank did not respond back to them. I tried to contact transunion again today -/-/2017 and again was given the run around. I ca n't seem to have this wrong information corrected. There are also negative remarks that are reporting on my transunion credit report which again I was told they would be removed. Still not removed. Having this incorrect wrong information reporting on my credit report is affecting me in obtaining credit. I wish to submit this complaint about transunion credit reporting company as they are causing me a hardship in obtaining credit. Plus I never received an updated credit report as I was promised last month.
