Incorrect information on credit report Account status Alabama

This complaint is against Transunion Credit Bureau. I 've recently been denied from several companies, - -, -, and even - - -. Two reasons for denial that I ca n't understand. " Serious Delinquency and Delinquency too Recent ''. - - continues to report fraudulent information towards my credit report. On -/-/- I received an email from - -, executive director in creditor operations for - -. The email is a response from an email I sent to - to delete my account from all credit bureaus or I would seek legal action for them reporting fraudulent information on my credit report. I 've filed several complaints with Transunion about this issue over the last year. - and - have deleted the account. This account was included in my -/-/- chapter - bankruptcy. This bankruptcy is public record and had Transunion done a thorough investigation, this matter would have been resolved way back. I 'm requesting documentation of all other accounts that are supposedly delinquent and derogatory. Over the past 1 and half years, I 've opened about - new accounts. I Have Not missed or been late on any accounts. I do have a chapter -, which is 8 years old, and a chapter -, which is 6 years old, on my credit report. I 've called customer service at Transunion several times. Transunion is the type of company that sends their customer service jobs overseas. I can never hardly understand the representative. They are also not very knowledgeable about The Fair Consumer Reporting Act. Why am I having to talk with someone from another country about my credit issues?? Is n't this one of the issues President Trump ran against?? In addition, I will be filing a complaint with the Department Of Justice.
