Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info California

I disputed - accounts with Transunion credit bureau that were obviously placed in my credit file in error. I received an updated credit report dated -/-/2017 that advised me that - Ref # - was deleted and - Acct # - was also deleted the information also showed it was deleted from viewing my account in credit check total. Now today a little over a month later both accounts have be re-inserted to my credit which has caused my credit score to drop and ruined my chances of having a loan that i had applied for being finalized.
