Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone New Jersey

I 've been a victim of identity theft and someone tried to obtain credit using my name There are several inquires on my credit report as of result of that and I 've tried calling and disputing these inquires with the credit bears and they are not helping despite the fact I have been a victim of identity theft. They only thing they did is they 've put a fraud alert on my credit file but not willing to remove the inquires which hurt my credit. Please helming thanks.
