There is a hard inquiry on my account that is not mine. - - - has acknowledged that the account was not mine and they removed the account from my credit report, however Transunion will not remove the inquiry that goes along with the account that has been removed. I called and spoke with a supervisor who told me that the inquiry was correct, even though I have a letter from - Bank stating that the account is not mine and that they have removed the account from my credit report. I have attached the letter for proof. I want this hard inquiry removed from my credit report.
