Citibank Credit card department,
I have a pending 1 month credit bills on citibank. It became double the next month.I understand because I did not pay the previous bills.And they block my salary account which is also in citibank.I cant withdraw any single amount.My question is.Is it proper that citibank block my salary account.And take all my money which is my salary? I 'm a family man I have - kids.Now because of that 1 month my family will starve.Please advice me if I have the right to complain. Best Regards
