I had a debt with a hospital in New Jersey for copayment of insurance for a back operation I had in - of 2016. Before I could try to work this out with the hospital, the matter was turned over to a law firm in New Jersey by the name of Pressler & Pressler. I have attempted to contact Pressler and Pressler and no one will return my call. In the interim they have entered judgment against me and have been contacting my employer to find out if I work at my job so that they may issue a wage garnishment against me. They have called my employer on two occasions and during each call have refused to identify themselves - only asking if I work there. My employer has advised me of these calls. This has caused great embarrassment to me as it is a personal matter and I feel that my privacy has been invaded by this law firm.
