Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute California

Hello, I have been a victim of False Impersonation. I have a copy of my police report on file with the - Police Department and I have a case number that I received from the FTC when i registered a claim with as it relates to the fraudulent activity. In addition all 3 major credit bureaus have a certified copy of my police and a fraud affidavit. With that being said, i was advised to request a Freeze from the credit bureaus to prevent further fraudulent activity. I did for about two years. It was my understanding that no one would be able to access my credit unless i provided them with my access code. I received written confirmation in the mail that my credit file was BLOCKED from all 3 bureaus. However, my complaint is that TransUnion said they blocked my file but they still allowed unknown/authorized creditors have access to my credit file and add inquiries to my credit history. I have requested the UNAUTHORIZED inquiries be removed and instead of Transunion investigating and ascertaining the matter they said my


My point is what was the reason of my file being blocked if UNAUTHORIZED person/persons still had access to it?
