Below is the essence of my complaint, extracted from a letter I wrote - - CEO of Citicards, division of Citigroup. I am writing to you about the usury -level interest rate Citicard is charging me. My interest rate prior to and including - was 10.46 percent -high enough - For some reason, I do n't recall ever giving consent or receiving any information about the change - my interest rate was raised to % 26.74. Let me say I would never ever agree to an interest rate of % 26.74, which my rate was raised to.

'' On - -, The - prime rate was listed at 3.75 % .. Here is what I want : 1 My credit card interest rate lowered back to its original % 10.46 2. A refund of all the excess interest I was charged from -, that is all money I paid above % 10.46. 3. An explanation why my interest rate was raised. 4. Copies of any alleged documents that I signed or agreed to raise my interest rate from % 10.46 to % 26.74
