Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score California

I am not able to remove a credit freeze I may have put on my account when I was disputing some items. Now I ca n't get credit because most places say that they can not pull my credit due to a credit freeze. I was trying to get my free credit report on line but because there is a Credit Freeze, I was not able to get any of the reports online. I try to contact all - bureaus but non offer an online or telephone call to remove the CREDIT FREEZE, please help, they are killing me with denials due to unable to see my credit.
