Credit line increase/decrease North Carolina

I had at one time four different retail credit cards with Synchrony Bank after Synchrony Bank purchased those assets from GE Capital. Since then, Synchrony Bank has closed out one of my credit cards in which I never was late, and they lowered my credit limit on three of my other credit cards despite me not having any late payments or delinquency. I think their business practices are unfair and unreasonable. I have read many online forums where these business practices have been commonplace with them. I want to file a formal complaint against Synchrony Bank for unfair credit practices and credit reporting.
