Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Alabama

I paid ALL of the open collection accounts on - my credit reports during the summer of -. In -/-/- I received notice that collection account from - had been added back to my reports ( for a second time ). The collection account appeared on my report several years back, but due to issues with the original creditor changing management companies, my collection account was removed. It is my understanding that a collection agency can not " re-age debt ''. I called - agencies explaining that this was the second time that this account had disappeared and reappeared on my credit report. After rude conversation with multiple agents, I gave up. This past week the exact same thing happened. The collection account was removed and added back to my report due to a " glitch '' in their system. I was told that a glitch in the system was confirmed and that I needed to call back within a few days to discuss having the debt removed frm my report. I was also told they would not remove the debt until they figured out what caused the system to fail. I then spoke with someone else who would not confirm anything and was MORE than unwilling to assist me. Within days, this collection account and multiple inquires were removed and added back to my account. This has happened several times particularly with this one collection account. Transunion is aware of the first two thimes the account has been removed and added and in a report that was mailed to my home in -/-/- from Transunion, one month before this account was re-inserted, this account does not appear on my credit report.
