Please refer to this Case number : -. I tried taking out my money from citi 's account - - checks ( $ - and $400.00 ). My checks are getting bounced and my - charged me $7.00 fees for each of the - checks. How come citi can deny taking out my own money? I know there is no insufficient funds. Neither Citi let me access my account nor sending any statement. On top of it- when i want to move out my money-i am given hard time.
