Citibank Credit card department,
There was some fraud that occurred on my Best Buy Credit card. The fraud was reported and the company indicated that I did not owe the charges and they sent me another letter saying that I would not be responsible for the charges and they would correct the errors on my credit report. I 'm again receiving late fees and charges from Best Buy AFTER they said I was n't responsible and they are continuing to bill me " late fees '' and other charges for the account for which they said I previously owed nothing. They had a collector call me and I on recording told the collection agency the letter of what was sent and they removed the bill from their system.
