Hello- I took a loan about 5 years with Regional Acceptance corp , loan was paid in full sometime in - or - in 2016, sometime in - I contact Regional to get an update on the mail of the title and I was told that the tile was mailed to my address that I needed to wait a few days, a few days went by and I told them that I was still waiting on the title and their recommendations was to go to the - office to request a duplicate, I been to - different locations trying to obtain this document and up until now I been unsuccessful to do that, at - they are telling me that they need a Lean release from - in order for them to complete my request, - is part of the corporation own by Regional Acceptance. I have contact Regional multiple times and request the lean release but instead the paper that they have provide me with is not the correct documentation. Im attaching copies of Statement of act, Power of Attorney & - statement of fact obtain from Regional each time I have placed a call requesting the lean release. I can use some help since I do n't know what else to do or where to go. Im also including a copy of the registration /title inquiry from - and a copy of the Application.
