I Have been under a chapter - bankruptcy plan since - 2014 and have paid regular monthly payments to Shellpoint and the trustee. This company has promised several times to send me an account history but nothing happens. I have no idea how my payments are applied since I am not getting any monthly statements either. No one responds to me from their bankruptcy department and I do have a letter on file with them from the Attorney Authorizing them to talk to me.
