I had a crefid card i had a - dollar credit limit without my consent they pulled a crefit report from a credit agency i called amazon / syncrony bank and askef them to explain why my credit limit was dropped in swich they said do to a credit scoring pulled from a credit agency in which all thats on my credit report was there when the account was opened i asked them to send me a copy of my consent to pull my credit report with my signiture they said it would take take 30 days before i could get that info asked the why so long would not give me a answer only that it is policy
