Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Texas

Submitted complaint to all 3 credit reporting agencies in regards to - reporting an open account on my credit. They are a third party collection agency. I do not and have not ever had an open account with them. Asked credit reports to validate the debt not verify with a 2 digit code system. All three failed to do so within 30 days. They verified not validated and still reporting on the credit as an open account. Again, a third party collection agency who was unable to validate the debt I disputed with them before I went to the credit reporting agencies still ca n't validate. They are doing a computer 2 digit verify code
