file # - chapter - ... According to FCRA ... Transunion failed to provide proof and how they verified the above file # .. They claim it was verified.. According to the FCRA they just violated my right under the FCRA rule ... You ca n't just send a report to a dispute saying you verified information. They failed to validate and send proof of where they got the information from. I already checked with the court house they claim the credit bureau do not verify with them at all ... They need to provide this information otherwise this file # - has to be deleted immediately from my credit report!!
