Citibank Credit Card Complaint

Unauthorized charges were made on my Citi VISA card. The charges were made in -, -. I live and work in -, -. I was not in - on the dates of unauthorized use. The amounts were all suspiciously large even numbers : $400.00, - etc. amounting to over $2600.00. These charges in no way resemble the pattern of spending history previously or after the disputed charges. I have tried repeatedly to dispute the charges with Citi. They just sent me a letter stating that " since my name was on the card '' I would be responsible for the charges. The stated policy of the bank is that I am not responsbile for any disputed charges.
