Related Case number : - Related Case Number : - I recently contacted the original creditor to re-investigate the error from - requesting an unpaid balance. Upon further investigation the original creditor found a mistake on their end and apologized for the mistake and inconvenience they caused me for that past four years. - emailed IQ Data and myself the correct balance owed, which is $18.00. I have attached the updated and correct ledger showing the correct balance due of $18.00. IQ Data please mail a Letter showing the previous balance as incorrect and stating the correct updated balanced due. In addition, please add to the letter that the account is Paid and Closed and please delete this Mistaken account from my credit report as - made the mistake and is at fault.
