Citibank sent me a promotion in - 2016, offering - thank you ( TM ) point after opening their Citigold account and - bill payments over - months ( please find attached scanned promotional letter in jpg files ). The account was opened on -/-/16 and - bills were paid on - and - ( statement attached ). I have contacted the Citibank representative by online chatting and confirmed the fulfillment of the condition with their representative twice ( in - and in - 2016, please find - and - ). The requests of bonus point claims were denied twice after their lengthy 'investigations ', insisting my bill payments have not fulfilled their condition. It is clearly contradicting their correspondence in - 2016.
