I reviewed your latest statement to CFPB ( case no. - on - -, -. ) I recalculated the figures using your statements on - -, - and may have misunderstood my previous calculations ; however, I still determined CitiBank overcharged me $6.00 and unfairly charged $15.00 for a payoff by wire fee after escrow closed, which they can not do. If you will, please review the $21.00 of overcharges described above. I believe that is extent of the overcharges now by CitiBank which should be refunded back to me.
