Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Massachusetts

- let someone else open a credit card under my name -/-/2017 without any hard inquiries in advance, all of - credit reporting bureau ( -, TransUnion, - ) are failed to inquire me about this case even despite I put 90 day fraud alerts -/-/2017. After I read about - online, I know apparently they are infamous for doing something like this. Since they are hard to reach when it comes to inquiries regarding dispute ( no phone number provided ), I need help with disputing this account.
