Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Synchrony Bank services my Amazon.com Prime Store Card. The primary feature of this credit card is you get a 5 % statement credit when you use the card. I have not gotten the credit, although the amount of it shows up on the statement. I have complained 2 times to Synchrony Bank and they have n't resolved this issue. The statement I receive clearly sets forth and promotes the 5 % cash back benefit, but it is not actually implemented. I have alerted Amazon about the bad service from its co-branded bank credit card but they send me back to the bank. This is fraud if intentional. I am certain most people do not monitor this closely as it is generally a small amount of money, but I am also sure people get this card for this benefit which they are n't actually receiving ( if others are similarly mistreated ).
