Hi. My loan recently was bought and transferred -/-/-. Before the loan was transferred to the new servicer, the previous servicer approved us for a loan modification. ( HAMP I believe ). I received a letter that we had been approved, dated -/-/-, and our loan was transferred on -/-/-. The new servicer/investor is refusing to honor the modification. What can I do. We really need this modification or we might lose our home
