ProCollect, Inc Debt Collection Complaint

Communication tactics frequent or repeated calls

ProCollect, Inc Debt collection department,

I do not know Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Texas

I am currently looking to discontinue my payment arrangements with Pro Collect Debt agency regarding my outstanding balance with - Prior to today I did not have any previous issues but this is cause for concern since I do not want any further inconveniences with my credit. I made payment arrangements of $100.00 due on the - of each month and was contacted today at - am stating my payment was declined due to insufficient funds. I find this concerning because - I work for my financial institution and can verify if a payment was declined for this reason, and I would have also seen a charge of $29.00 hit my account. My account had sufficient funds to not only cover the amount but also the fee of $7.00. After speaking with - or - a payment of $100.00 was successfully processed. I do not wish to receive further calls stating my payment was declined due to Insufficient funds and was able to speak with the apartment manager - or - regarding the issue of the phone call and my concern for my future payments. She did offer assistance in processing future payments via a Money Order and honoring the current balance of $790.00. I find not only a concern that the assigned Account - sped through the last phone call I had with her, but also a concern that when attempting to resolve this matter with a Supervisor, I was transferred multiple times only to receive a busy signal. I also find it discomforting that during a LiveChat session with - - required my full Social Security Number to simply tell me that they can not send me any proof until I have paid the account in full. It is disturbing the lack of customer service debt collectors have. I speak from personal experience in assisting my place of employment as well.
