Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine California

I recently tried to open a new bank account at several banks and they all told me I had a record with ChexSystems and or - and to contact these agencies. I have done that and have filed a dispute with ChexSystems once I received my report and noticed a fraudulently opened account with a credit union with a very large negative balance. I am still waiting for a report from - to see what that has in it.
