RPM offered me a 75 % payment of a debt and they settle as paid and would notify the credit agencies there was no longer a debt. I agreed with them and paid them the 75 %. They then reported to the credit agencies that there was still a balance. I contacted them many times and they said they would take care of it but they just keep lying to me and nothing is being done. The whole conversation was recorded by them, the settlement offer and the taking of my credit card number. I believe this is an unacceptable bussinees practice
