Citibank Credit card department,
Again CitiCard has charged a late fee to my account for a payment being late by 24 hours or less. They did this once before and i submitted a complaint, and was issued a refund. The fee was generated regarding a due date for payment of - -. I paid what was due on the -. On the - the late fee was issued. I had a " chat '' with a representative of citicard but they said they could not reverse the charge, because they had done this once for me already within a 12 month period. I explained that when they charged me before, it was unfair and predatory as well. They would not reverse the charge. My previous case with citicards which i filed with cfpb has a case number i believe is -
