Never received a notice from this company to allow me to dispute the debt. I received notice from my credit monitoring company. Once I received notice from the credit monitoring company, I contacted my granddaughter who lived at the residence ( I just signed for her to live there, I DID NOT, live there ), she contacted the company, filed a dispute with the - on -/-/2016, who tole her to send her dispute via email, my granddaughter sent her dispute and - never got back to her. So again on -/-/2016 My granddaughter called again because the item had nit been removed from my credit and - had not gotten back to me or my granddaughter. So, my granddaughter called on and spoke to a - who said he had to get my consent and authorization to discuss any account matters with her. So my granddaughter did a conference call with -, myself ( - ) and -, at that time i gave - authorization to speak with and discuss any matters pertaining to this account, with -, I was then removed from the call. - then verbally took - 's dispute over the phone as well as having her email him the dispute. - told -, because the - days had passed and - failed to respond or provide verification of the debt, that it should be removed, - then told - it was not - days from -/-/2016 when they spoke to - but the - days would start from -/-/2016, because that is the day I gave them authorization to speak to - -. - days passed and I still received no response to my dispute, it was not until -/-/- that I received anything from -. I am demanding this item be removed from my credit report. The money being charged by the company is not valid and I do not owe this money, I did not receive notification of this debt, I disputed this debt and the validity of this debt and did not receive a valid response.
